Stunning rural setting with a 180-degree view of native bush clad hills and valleys. The Loft Studio Unit is clean, very quiet, well appointed and private.
BY CAR:
- Haruru Falls 2 mins.
- Paihia town centre is approx 8 mins. (beach, water sport activities, kayaking, parasailing, paddle boarding, shopping, supermarkets, bar, restaurants and Russell Ferry).
- Waitangi Treaty grounds, Golf course, and Mountain Bike Park are approx. 10 mins.
- Bay of Islands airport 13 mins.
The space comprises of:
- King size bed with pillow top comfort layers
- Air conditioning and heating
- Extra blankets available if required.
- An additional selection of pillows from soft to firm are available.
- Large open floor plan. Clean and very comfortable.

- Continental breakfast, consisting of multigrain toast, spreads, jam, toasted muesli cereal, yogurt (Gluten Free options available), baked goods, fresh seasonal fruit basket, (fruit from our trees when available), orange juice, bottled water and milk.
- Breakfast bowls, plates, cutlery, wine glass and cups for tea and coffee are provided. There are no cooking facilities provided in the room. A toaster and kettle/jug have been provided.
- Teas, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, Stevia
- Tap water supply is processed through a UV water filtration system and suitable for drinking.
- There is a small mini fridge in the room for storing cold drinks etc.
